UH Canceled

30 Sep

Well, UH won a great game against Texas Tech, but we will not be celebrating at this campus this weekend. Due to failure to turn in forms and fees, all entries were canceled. Coach Davis and Harrison wants everyone to be at the next meeting this Thursday to sign up for Hastings on Oct 16 and 17th. Make sure everyone gets their paperwork and fees in on time for this tournament and is ready to do their best.

Any payments for UH will be transfered to the Hastings tournament. Also, make sure everyone has coupon book money turned in by the next meeting.

Debaters receive lettermans

24 Sep

letterman2Most high school students work hard in their high school careers. Motivated by their sponsors they join extracurricular activities. Therefore this extracurricular activities reward them later on for all their hard work and dedication they’ve put in to these activities. Just yesterday many kids at Kerr High School received their lettermans. The speech department had handed out lettermans also. Four hard working Debaters and I.E.ers happily received their jackets. Congratulation to Our Vice President Ayesha Malik, our Captain Nicholas Chan, our Parliamentarian Jessie Ho, and our chair Fummi Amubieya.
